As a dual Australian-American citizen and former Chief of Staff and Head of People at a high-growth HR tech firm, she brings over a decade of Silicon Valley recruitment and E-3 visa expertise to every partnership.
Before founding Aussie Recruit, Amy led full-cycle recruitment and internal operations for hyper-growth startups and worked with enterprise accounts for Fortune 500 companies. This background allows her to speak the language of US hiring managers - understanding that they don't just need "talent," they need high-impact "A-players" who can navigate complex organizational needs and plug seamlessly into American work culture.
