Tahnee came to me with a clear goal: Make the move from Melbourne to New York and land a senior talent role on the E-3 visa.
She knew it wouldn’t happen overnight, but she was ready to do the work.

Now she’s working as a VP of Talent Management in New York City!
Throughout her job search Tahnee found ways to stay grounded and avoid burnout.
“I made sure to come up for air when I needed to. I balanced the search with hobbies, social time and a lot of self-talk. It’s easy to obsess but you have to keep perspective.”
Her advice for other Aussies pursuing their US dream:
