Hi, I’m Amy Meyer, Founder of Aussie Recruit and an Australian who made the move to the US back in 2013!

Who is eligible for the E-3 visa?
You’re eligible for the E-3 Visa if you meet the below general requirements. Always consult a consult a US immigration professional to see if this visa is a good fit for you!
Must be an Australian Citizen
Must have a degree*
Must have a job offer paying a fair market wage in the US that requires a degree
*Australians may earn the equivalent of a 4 year U.S. Bachelor’s Degree by virtue of formal education and/or progressive professional experience. (See the Q&A: can you get an E-3 visa without a degree). Always speak with a US immigration attorney about this option.
